Paul Duncan Cause: Crashed on approach to USS Midway -Dave Smith- I remember watching Lt. Paul Duncan accompany his RF4B into the Pacific after a bolter. They never recovered him or the aircraft. He was the RIO on the plane. The pilot ejected and I can't recall his name.
